Course Description
This course covers two major analytical frameworks in psychology, namely, ANOVA's and correlational analyses such as multiple regression and path analysis. This course continues with the correlational analysis by presenting advanced multivariate data analysis methods such as structural equation modeling, as well as its specialized use, e.g., latent growth modeling, and hirarchical linear modeling, and other advanced and specialized analytical methods (e.g., meta-analysis).
Intended Learning Outcomes
CILO-1: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of advanced statistical frameworks in psychology.
CILO-2: Apply advanced multivariate data analysis techniques to analyze complex psychological datasets effectively.
CILO-3: Apply specialized analytical methods to address complex questions and synthesize findings across studies.
CILO-4: Communicate the results of advanced quantitative analyses in the context of psychological research.
