Course Description
This course aims to develop student's sensitivity on the legal ramification of human resource decisions. Basic legal knowledge regarding recruitment, compensation, training, and working conditions will be covered in this course.
Intended Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, the students should be able to:
1. Understand legal issues and regulations that affect employees and employers in the workplace.
2. Apply acquired legal knowledge and skills for developing HR policies and practices.
3. Recognize legal issues that may arise when making HR decisions.
