Course Description
This compulsory course is designed to equip law students with the knowledge and skills necessary to anticipate and mitigate cybersecurity breaches within companies. The course begins with an introduction to various forms of cybercrime, such as hacking, online fraud, and other emerging digital threats. It explores the legal frameworks governing these crimes, considering both national and international laws, as well as the role of law enforcement agencies. Students will examine landmark cybercrime cases and consider various options for cybersecurity policies and responses, effectively linking theory with practical application.
