Course Description
This course will consist of a minimum number of 10 seminars offered by the Faculty of Law throughout the academic year featuring notably eminent visiting professors, practitioners or distinguished experts from a great variety of legal and professional backgrounds. Moreover, their active participation is encouraged and will be included in the final evaluation.
Intended Learning Outcomes
CILO-1: Students will be able to demonstrate knowledge of burning issues of cutting-edge knowledge in the areas of EU Law, International Law, and Comparative Law. Capacity to critically discuss and argue issues of relevance in the scientific disciplines of areas of EU Law, International Law, and Comparative Law based on a sund use and interpretation of legal sources, doctrinal works and jurisprudence.
CILO-2: Students will be able to identify topics of burning interest for further research and academic development in the areas of EU Law, International Law, and Comparative Law.
CILO-3: Students will be able to make use of techniques of briefing a scientific panel about findings obtained in the course of advanced research on a topic related to the areas of EU Law, International Law, and Comparative Law.
CILO-4: Students will be able to demonstrate familiarity with the modes of scientific accreditation of a thesis and the methodological implications thereof.
