Intended Learning Outcomes
CILO-1: Students will be able to define the key differences between Macau urban planning law and Portuguese urban planning law.
CILO-2: Students will be able to develop a view on the main policy issues arising from urban planning law.
CILO-3: Students will be able to apply the main procedural steps in changing urban plans in Macau and licensing requirements for construction projects.
CILO-4: Students will be able to have the ability to explain the interplay between urban planning administrative decisions and general principles of administrative law.
