Theories on international law; Sources of international law; Relations between international law and domestic law; Subjects of international law; Responsibilities of states.
Intended Learning Outcomes
CILO-1: Students will be able to identify the key sources of international public law, their interrelation and how they are currently understood.
CILO-2: Students will be able to develop a comprehension on the main approaches to the interrelation between international law and domestic law and key case-law in this regard.
CILO-3: Students will be able to identify the subjects of international law and the rules regarding the recognition of states.
CILO-4: Students will be able to discuss the key case-law regarding state responbility.
