CILO-1: Students will be able to acquire awareness of the key case-law in Macau regarding administrative law and administrative procedural law. CILO-2: Students will be able to identify the new trends in legal scholarship and case law on how to understand the validity and limits of administrative acts. CILO-3: Students will be able to obtain an knowledge of the most contentious issues related to administrative contract law. CILO-4: Students will be able to identify the key aspects of administrative decisions related to urban planning and how these have been addressed by Macanese Courts.
