Course Description
Research on the development of the relation between the Public Administration and other powers, in the light of public good and fundamental rights defense. Public Administration and the rule of law. Principles of Administrative Law and their new development. Administrative act, classification of administrative acts, determinative nature of administrative act and its enforcement. Administrative litigation in urban management.
Intended Learning Outcomes
CILO-1: Students will be able to acquire awareness of the key case-law in Macau regarding administrative law and administrative procedural law.
CILO-2: Students will be able to identify the new trends in legal scholarship and case law on how to understand the validity and limits of administrative acts.
CILO-3: Students will be able to obtain an knowledge of the most contentious issues related to administrative contract law.
CILO-4: Students will be able to identify the key aspects of administrative decisions related to urban planning and how these have been addressed by Macanese Courts.
