Intended Learning Outcomes
CILO-1: From the perspective of comparative law, the students will acquire a general vision of numerous topics of private law in China and will be able to reflect the evolution, features and future development trend of Chinese private law.
CILO-2: Based on the broad coverage of the teaching content, the students will be able to select and explore more specific questions in thesis writing and future studies.
