The course is designed to offer an opportunity to students to pursue further studies in the area of WTO law. The course is taught in a seminar style, where contemporary legal issues of WTO law, in particular those which may have significant implications to Macao, Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan are analyzed and discussed. Students’ participation in class discussions is expected and encouraged.

CILO-1: Participants shall be able to critically apply the different legal issues of Seminars on Contemporary Issues of WTO Law discussed in the course, to compare and link them with related topics/areas and to do independent research in the areas of their interest and specialization.
