Intended Learning Outcomes
CILO-1: The student should be able to understand the basics of comercial law, e.g. commercial act, entrepreneur, commercial enterprise; of unfair completion; of intellectual property law as well as basic notions of negotiable instruments, e.g. bill of exchange; the basics of comercial companies. The different types of commercial companies. Rights and duties of the shareholders. Organization of commercial companies. Wind up of commercial companies.
