Course Description
This course is the continuation of Business in Japanese I. This course introduces Japanese business management concepts and procedures. Students will learn general concepts of Japanese business management and how they differ from western ideas of business management. At the end of this course, students are familiar with basic Japanese ideas of Japanese management.
Intended Learning Outcomes
CILO-1: Students will be able to acquire more knowledge of Japanese business management concepts and procedures.
CILO-2: Students will be able to analyse the main differences between Japanese and western management.
CILO-3: Students will be able to explain the main differences between Japanese and western management in written work and oral presentation.
CILO-4: Students will be able to understand how to work together with Japanese people in Japanese corporates.
