This course focuses on the self discovery process to facilitate students’ self-awareness of personal style, values, leadership potential, etc. Group objective focuses on the development of an Honours’ College membership identity and team spirit to foster group learning in leadership. Course includes honours seminars delivered by leaders in their fields.

1. Demonstrate student's potential as a student leader expressing consciousness of self, consciousness of others, and consciousness of the context. 2. Analyse and reflect upon student's life purpose and life path, strengths and weaknesses, and appreciating that self-awareness is a continual and ongoing process. 3. Show application of learning through intentional practices of personal and group leadership, and bringing about positive change. 4. Integrate ideas effectively in written and oral communication both formally and informally 5. Demonstrate a blissful and gratifying Honours College membership through group activities and team building activities.
