Course Description
This introductory course explores the origins and evolution of the PRC Constitution and its relationship with the Macau Basic Law. Emphasis is placed on understanding how constitutions function within society, particularly through institutional mechanisms such as constitutional tribunals and judicial review by ordinary courts—focused on MSAR as a special case. The course also introduces administrative procedural law, focusing on the legal principles governing public administration and the relationship between state institutions and citizens in MSAR.
