Course Description
This course examines the process and issues regarding performance measurement at the organizational, programme, and levels. A number of approaches to programme evaluation will be introduced. The process of goal setting, establishing achievable objectives, setting performance targets and indicators, data collection, setting regular reviews, and providing feedback is examined from the perspective of organizational learning in the context of public sector management.
