In this course individual students and instructors will work together to select a specific topic for intensive study. This study will be arranged in the form of weekly thesis workshop. The instructor will train the participants advanced method of research, including thesis design, data processing and analysis and writing skills. The students will present their research findings, project composition and thesis contents (structure, argument and conclusion) in the class and engage fellow students for meaningful discussion.

CILO-1: Identify key methods and tools used in the fields of political science and public administration. CILO-2: Identify and discuss major skills in data processing and analysis. CILO-3: Communicate in both spoken and written forms key elements in academic writing. CILO-4: Complete a research project for a whole process from design to reporting.
