Course Description
Advanced manufacturing course is to address fundamentals and applications of intelligent manufacturing in the Industry 5.0 era. It trains students to be able to identify challenges with modern manufacturing processes, and analyze data in digital and intelligent manufacturing scenarios.
Intended Learning Outcomes
CILO-1: Apply advanced knowledge of mathematics, optimization, and engineering appropriate to electromechanical engineering.
CILO-2: Design and conduct experiments using digital and intelligent manufacturing techniques, as well as to analyze and interpret data.
CILO-3: Mitigate environmental harms and safety risks arising from the experiment or engineering solutions via intelligent monitoring technology.
CILO-4: Use the computer and machine learning tools relevant to the discipline along with an understanding of their processes.
