This course aims to help student teachers explore, from a socio-psychological aspect, the dynamics of teaching and learning in classrooms and schools as groups, norms and expectations, integration and disintegration, cooperation and conflicts, etc, and the possible ways to generate group dynamics through communication and coordination.

CILO-1: Describe the theoretical foundation of group dynamics. CILO-2: Explain the group development stages and decision-making process. CILO-3: Describe the various aspects of leadership and its impact on behaviour. CILO-4: Explain the facilitation process in educational settings. CILO-5: Develop practical skills in group facilitation and leadership.
