Course Description
The course aims to help students to understand the functions of human body through the study of sport psychology, kinesiology and biomechanics. The course will focus on the relationship between complex human movement structure and sports training. The students are expected to create training method in sports and physical education. Simple experiments will be conducted. It helps students to understand the importance of every human body movement to the developments of physical education and sports.
Intended Learning Outcomes
CILO-1: The course expects to help learners to understand the basic principles in exercises psychology, sociology, kinesiology and biomechanics in sports learning.
CILO-2: After the learning, students will be able to apply the different principles in assisting the coaching works in sport activities and the management of the Leisure Activities in school.
CILO-3: Students will also able to adopt the Whole Person concept in assisting pupils to get familiar with their development of life management habits in activities and exercises.
